I have always found the staff and Doctors very helpful and caring. Sometimes it can be difficult to get an early appointment but generally I believe my experience is very positive.

Most GPs at thie practice are very nice and informative indeed, but not all though! I have been seen by a couple of GPs whom didn't show too much of an interest, it would have been nicer to show some empathy and sympathy to patients. There were quite a few occasions that our appointments weren't being booked despite the staff's effort to try and fit us in when we got there but it just wasn't possible as all doctors were too busy and already running late for their schedules etc... We are staying only because we do like our designated GP!

The receptionists at the practice are rude, uncaring, dismissive, very unfriendly and unkind. They have no understanding of a patients needs , and treat most patients as if they are a complete nuisance, both on the telephone and in person. Many of them have a very aggressive manner. As I have myself worked as a receptionist at a surgery, I find there behaviour even more intolerable. For this reason despite having no problems with the Doctors, as the receptionists are the first point of contact, I would never recommend this surgery to anyone.
